Heart disease is any serious illness affecting the heart and causing it to not function as it should.

Unmanaged stress or chronic stress can lead to heart disease because stress leads to high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol and a change in clotting patterns which could lead to a heart attack . Always go for heart check ups regularly and never ignore any heart pains.
