Be aware of signs of unhealthy or abusive relationships and take action to protect yourself🚷.
Most African cultures put pressure to say girls shouldn't speak out to other people especially when someone within the home is sexually abusing them.This shouldn't be the case as everyone has a right to speak out and get justice concerning their physical body.

Set boundaries, communicate limits, and be assertive🙂🫵.
Clearly communicate your boundaries and expectations to others, ensuring they understand what you are not comfortable with.
Environmental Safety
Avoid environments that have a negative impact on your mental well-being.
