Updated: Nov 15, 2020

Kiia Strommer is 24 years old and studying in a university in Finland. She runs in the morning for a fresh start and thinks about the keys to be happy during the day.

The first key to be happy according to her is to feel comfortable within your own skin and clothes. She also feels having a challenging job is another key to be happy because it continuously provides one with possibility to progress. Proper education and development can also lead to a happy life.

Kiia believes that keeping healthy and physical involvements with sports can also make a person happy. The most important key of happiness to her is spending time with loved ones. She writes in her diary before going to sleep. She writes about the things she is grateful for. She believes in the saying "Every day may not be good but there is something good in every day."

Kiia strongly believes that everyone should associate themselves with the activities that makes themselves happy and positive.

Happiness makes a person stronger to work more, achieve more. It also acts as a major contributing factor to become a selfless and positive person. Kiia's belief towards the key elements to be happy are worth following.

This was the story of Kiia Strommer.
