SOUTH KOREA: VOICE OF VOICELESS

Harim Lee is a 20 year old girl from South Korea.

She is really interested in womens, as well as social problems regarding minorities and underprivileged groups. For this reason, she is in Yonsei Women Student Council working for the rights of disabled people, those of different sexual orientations, victims of sexual violation amongst other groups.

The council holds a seminar which includes watching a movie related to the issue of gender and sexuality. After the movie seminar, the council carries out a meeting.

Having finished the all tasks, she waits for the bus to go to home.

Harim’s school is very far from her hometown. She lives with her university friend in Seoul, and together they talk and share some concerns or discuss daily events.

This was the story of Harim Lee.
